• Junior Executive (Common Cadre) : Any Graduate.
• Junior Executive (Finance) : MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Finance or Cost Accountant or Chartered Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst.
• Junior Executive (Fire Service) : Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Engg./Mechanical Engg./Automobile Engg.
• Junior Executive (Law) : Professional degree in Law (3 years’ course after graduation OR 5 years’ integrated course after 10+2) and enrolled as an Advocate in Bar Council of India.

AAI Recruitment 2023 Age Limit :

• Junior Assistant : Maximum age 30 years.
• Senior Assistant : Maximum age 30 years.

For SC/ST maximum age relaxation up to 5 years will be given.

AAI Recruitment 2023 Selection Process :

The selection process for all the posts will include an All-India based Online Written Test (MCQ-Based).

The Online Test dates will be announced later, so keep visit our site regularly and subscribe our notification.

After being shortlisted in Computer Based Test/Examination candidates will be called for Application Verification / Computer Literacy Test/ Physical Measurement & Endurance Test/ Driving Test, as applicable for the post.

Computer based Online Test Pattern for Management Trainee : The Online will be of Two hours duration and will be in two parts, Total 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

For the positions of Jr. Assistant (Office) and Sr. Assistant (Accounts), the Online Examination will be succeeded by Application Verification and a Computer Literacy Test focused on MS Office. Only candidates who successfully pass the Computer Literacy Test will be deemed eligible for the selection process.

For Junior Executive (Fire Services), after shortlisted in Online examination candidates have to give physical test. including activities like Running, Carrying Casualties, Climbing Poles, Ladders, and Ropes, and lastly, a Driving Test. Candidates have to pass each test.

NO fees for ST,SC,Pwbd candidates. NO fees for all female category.

AAI Recruitment 2023 Salary Details :

For the post of AAI Junior Executive recruitment 2023 the total salary will be 40,000 -1,40,000 per month

For Jr. Assistant total salary will be Rs.36,000 -1,10,000 per month.

For Sr. Assistant total salary will be Rs.:- Rs.31,000-92,000 per month.

Apart from the foundational Basic pay, the package includes Dearness Allowance, Perks at a rate of 35% of Basic pay, House Rent Allowance (HRA), and an array of other benefits such as CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, and Medical benefits, all in accordance with AAI Rules.

The Comprehensive Total Compensation (CTC) per annum stands at approximately Rs. 13 lakhs for the Junior Executive role, approximately Rs. 11.5 lakhs for the Senior Assistant position, and roughly Rs. 10 lakhs for the Junior Assistant designation.
