HPCL Officers Recruitment 2024 Selection Process :
The selection process for all posts will include a Computer-Based Test, Group Task, and Personal Interview.

Computer based online tests have two parts
- General Aptitude consisting of English Language, Quantitative Aptitude Test & Intellectual Potential test (Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation).
- Technical / Professional Knowledge comprising of questions related to Qualifying degree / Educational background required for the applied position.
After being shortlisted in the Computer-Based Test/Examination, candidates will be invited for the Group Task and Interview.
Please note: Information about the syllabus for the Computer-Based Test, the shortlisting criteria (if applicable), and the selection process will be posted on our website before the selection process begins.
All these stages are essential and must be completed by every candidate as part of the selection process.

HPCL Officers Recruitment 2024 Salary Details :
For all Engineering posts, and CA post pay scale 50000-160000 total CTC is approx 16.98 lakh.
In addition to the basic pay, the package includes Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance (HRA), and a variety of other benefits such as CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, and Medical benefits, all in accordance with company rules.
