• Chartered Accountants : Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from (ICAI) along with completion of mandatory Article ship and Membership of ICAI.
• Medical Officer : Full time MBBS course and Registration at State/ Indian Medical Council. Three-month Certificate course Associate Fellowship in Industrial Health or Diploma in Industrial Health or equivalent qualification from Central Labour Institute or Regional Labour Institute or NIOH.
• Welfare Officer : Degree/Diploma in Social Science recognized by State Government of Maharashtra. OR Graduation in any discipline AND. Adequate knowledge of Marathi Language.

• For the post of Senior Officer –City Gas Distribution (CGD) Operations & Maintenance and Senior Officer -LNG Business, candidate should have done 4-years full time course in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Civil Engineering. And 3 years of relevant experience.
• For the post of Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager – Biofuel Plant Operations and Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager – CBG Plant Operations candidate should have done 4-years full time Chemical Engineering. And 3-6 year working experience.
• For the post of Senior Officer – Sales (Retail/ Lubes/ Direct Sales/ LPG), Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager – Non-Fuel Business and Senior Officer -EV Charging Station Business candidate should have done Full time MBA or PGDM with specialization in Sales/ Marketing AND 4-years full time regular engineering course in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Chemical/ Civil Engineering with 2 year experience.
• Quality Control (QC) Officers : 2 Years full time regular M.Sc. In Chemistry (Analytical / Physical / Organic/ Inorganic) and 3 years of relative field working experience.
• Law Officers & Law Officers- HR : 3-years full time course in law after graduation or 5 years course in law and 1 year working experience.
• General Manager (O/o Company Secretary) : Associate/ Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) along with graduation in any discipline and Additional qualification like Chartered Accountancy/ Cost Accountancy/ Law is desirable with 21 year experience.

HPCL Officers Recruitment 2023 Selection Process :

The selection process for all the posts will include Computer Based Test, Group Task, Personal Interview.

Computer based online tests have two parts

1. General Aptitude consisting of English Language, Quantitative Aptitude Test & Intellectual Potential test (Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation).
2. Technical / Professional Knowledge comprising of questions related to Qualifying degree / Educational background required for the applied position.

After being shortlisted in Computer Based Test/Examination candidates will be called for Group task and Interview.

HPCL Officers Recruitment 2023 Salary Details :

For all Engineering posts, CA, Quality officer, Fire & safety Officer, Medical officer, Welfare Officer, Law Officers pay scale 50000-160000 total CTC is approx 16.98 lakh.

For Senior Officer posts pay scale 60000-180000 total CTC is approx 20.37 Lakh.

For General Manager pay scale 1,20,000 to 2,80,000 total CTC is approx 46 lakh.

Apart from the foundational Basic pay, the package includes Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance (HRA), and an array of other benefits such as CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, and Medical benefits, all in accordance with company rules.
