SBI PO Notification 2023 Education Qualification :

Education criteria for various post is applicable as decided by SBI.

Any Graduate candidate can apply for State Bank of India Probationary Officer Recruitment. Graduation must be completed before 31 December 2023.

Final year students are eligible for apply but they should have passed their final exam before 31/12/2023.

SBI Po Notification 2023 Age Details :

Age limit detail about State bank of India Probationary Officer under SBI po notification 2023.

Age should be between 21 to 30 years as of April 1, 2023, meaning candidates should have been born between April 2, 1993, and April 1, 2005 (inclusive of both days). The maximum age limit applies to unreserved and EWS candidates. Relaxation in the upper age limit is available as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.

For OBC – 3 years age relaxation, for SC/ST – 5 years age relaxation will be given.

For Physically disabled persons belongs to gen/ews category 10 years, for OBC- 13 years, For ST/SC – 15 years age relaxation will be given.

For Ex servicemen 5 year age relaxation will be given.

SBI PO Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:

The State Bank of India Probationary Officer Recruitment selection process is comprise of three stages-

• Online Preliminary Test
• Mains Examinations
• Psychometric Test, Group Exercise, Interview Process.

On successful completion of document verification, submission of medical certificate in prescribed format, the candidates selected for 2 years probation.

SBI Probationary Officers 2023 Exam Pattern :

The Preliminary Exam Pattern according to SBI PO Notification 23-24

Total Marks will be 100 and total number of question will be 100 Total time duration 1 hour. There will be 1/4 th negative marking for each wrong answer. Candidate have to clear each section cutoff individually.

The Online written Test will be conducted in November 2023 (tentatively). After shortlisted in online preliminary test candidate have to give mains examination.

SBI PO Mains Examination Pattern :

The Mains Examination for SBI Probation Officer Notification 2023 is combination of objective test of 200 marks and descriptive test of 50 marks. There will be 1/4 th negative marking for each wrong answer. The Descriptive Test will take place immediately after the Objective Test, and candidates will be required to input their Descriptive Test responses using a computer.

SBI PO Recruitment 2023 Phase 3 :

State Bank of India Probationary Officer recruitment stage 3/ phase 3 will be combination of (i) Psychometric Test (ii) GROUP EXERCISE & (iii) INTERVIEW.

The bank will administer a psychometric test for personality profiling to candidates shortlisted for Phase III. The results of this test may be presented to the interview panel to gain a comprehensive understanding of the candidates.

Group Exercise & Interview : The Group Exercise and Interview test is 50 marks, where the Group Exercise is worth 20 marks and the Interview is worth 30 marks.

Final Selection based on marks obtain by candidate in Mains examination and group exercise and interview. The weightage ratio of mains examination to group exercise and interview will be 75 :25.

State Bank Of India Probationary Officer Salary :

At present, the initial basic salary for the Junior Management Grade Scale-I is 41,960/- (with four advance increments) within the pay scale of 36,000-1,490/7-46,430-1,740/2-49,910-1,990/7-63,840. The employee will also be entitled to various benefits including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Provident Fund (PF), Contributed Pension Fund (NPS), Leave Fare Concession (LFC), Medical Facilities, Lease Rental Facility, and other allowances and perks as per the prevailing rules.
