The job location would be different offices of the bharat dynamics limited such as in Hyderabad, Amaravathi (MH), New-Delhi, Visakhapatnam etc.

BDL Management Trainee Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:

• Management Trainee (Electronics) : 1st Class Bachelors degree ( or 5 year Integrated Course) in Electronics Engineering or equivalent course from recognized university.

Equivalent courses of Electronics : Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/ Electronics Design & Technology Engineering/ Applied Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Electronics & Control Engineering.

• Management Trainee (Mechanical) : 1st Class Bachelors degree ( or 5 year Integrated Course) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent course from recognized university.

Equivalent courses of Mechanical : Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial and Production Engineering/ Mechanical Production and Tool Engineering/ Production Engineering/ Production Technology Manufacturing Engineering/ Production and Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing Technology/ Aerospace Engineering/ Aeronautical Engineering.

• Management Trainee (Electrical) : 1st Class Bachelors degree ( or 5 year Integrated Course) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent course from recognized university. Equivalent courses of Electrical : Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Engineering.

• Management Trainee (Computer Science ) : 1st Class Bachelors degree ( or 5 year Integrated Course) in Computer Science or equivalent course from recognized university. Equivalent courses of Computer Science : Computer Science Engineering.

• Management Trainee (Cyber Security) : 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree or Masters Degree in Engineering or Technology in the ‘Cyber Security’.

OR 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized University/ Institute. And have Certification Courses in any of the following stream Certified Ethical Hacker from EC-Council /Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC) 2/ Certified Information Security Management (CISM) from ISACA/ ISO 27001 from approved Certifying body/ SOC Security Technology (such as SIEM, UEBA etc.) Certification/ Any other equivalent Cyber Security certification like CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA)/ GIAC Security Essentials(GSEC)/ Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)/ Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)/ Cyber Security Analyst (CySA+)/ Information technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) & Comp TIA Security+ etc.

• Management Trainee (Chemical) : 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in Chemical Engineering or equivalent course from a recognized University. OR First Class M.Sc (Chemistry).

The equivalent of Chemistry courses : Chemical Engineering/ Chemical and Electro Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology.

• Management Trainee (Business Development) : 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 Year Integrated course) in Engineering or Technology (Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Industrial Electronics / Production). With

1st Class MBA with Specialisation in Marketing /Sales & Marketing or equivalent / post graduate diploma / Post Graduate Degree with Specialisation in Marketing /Sales & Marketing from a recognized University/ Institute. Desirable – Diploma in International Marketing / Foreign Trade.

• Management Trainee (Optics) : 1st Class M.Sc Degree in Physics / Applied Physics with Specialisation in Optics /Applied Optics /Fiber Optics /Laser / Opto- Electronics) OR M.Sc. (Tech.) – Engineering Physics with Specialization in Photonics or Equivalent Course.

• Management Trainee (Finance) : Pass in Final Examination conducted by ICAI/ICWAI OR 1st Class MBA / PG Diploma in Finance Discipline of 2 Years.

Equivalent eligible course of Finance : CA/ ICWAI/ MBA /PGD in Finance.

• Welfare Officer : i) A Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Law from a university ; ii) A Post Graduate degree or Diploma that covers Labour Legislations along with case law, Industrial relations, Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, and related subjects. This program should be at least 2 years long and should be conducted by a university in the state of Telangana or recognized by the Government of Telangana; iii) Good knowledge of the Telugu Language. (as needed according to Rule 76(b) of the Telangana Factories Rules, 1950).

• JM(Public Relations) : 1st Class MBA / PG Diploma/ PG Degree in Public Relations/ Communication/ Mass Communication/ Journalism of 2-years.

Note :1st Class should be interpreted as “60% marks in total” for UR/OBC (NCL) / EWS candidates, and “55% marks in total” for SC / ST candidates.

BDL Recruitment 2023 Age Limit :

BDL Recruitment 2023 Selection Process :

The selection process for all Management Trainee posts will include an All-India based Online Written Test (MCQ-Based) followed by an Interview.

The Online Test will be tentatively in December 2023/ January 2024. Exact date announced later and published on official website.

After being shortlisted in Computer Based Test/Examination candidates will be called for interview.

While for the posts of Welfare Officer and JM (Public Relations) Selection will be based On Written Test Only. Also note that for the post of Welfare Officer, candidates should qualify in Telugu Proficiency Test. Details will be notified later.

Computer based Online Test Pattern for Management Trainee : The Online will be of Two hours duration and will be in two parts, Total 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).

Part-I will consist of 100 MCQs on the concerned subject/discipline. Part-II will consist of 50 MCQs on General Aptitude.

Written Test for Welfare Officer & JM (Public Relations) : The Written Test will be in two parts. In Part-1 Questions will be on subject/discipline & General Aptitude. Part-2 Questions based on Telugu Proficiency for Welfare Officer post / General Aptitude.

Note : Part 1 will be common for both Welfare Officer and JM (PR) while part 2 only for welfare office

The Final Merit List will be prepared by giving a weightage of 85% marks for the Online Test and 15% marks for the Interview.

To qualify for the Selection in interview candidates must attain a minimum of 60% marks in the Written Test for UR/EWS and 50 % marks for Others.

Test Center City List : There are total 10 cities in all over India where online test will be conducted, candidate need to choose exam city during filling application form. Online Center City : Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Trivandrum and Visakhapatnam.

All these stages are crucial and must be completed by every candidate as part of the selection process.

The entire selection process, including the qualifying marks in each stage, will be governed by the existing Recruitment Rules of the Company, which are available on the BDL website.

BDL Vacancy 2023 Salary Details :

The post of Bharat Dynamics Limited Management Trainee will be of grade II and the total salary will be 40,000 -1,40,000.

Approx. CTC P.A. at minimum of Basic Pay (Rs.) will be 12.21 Lakhs (on absorption of MTs in Grade- II i.e. as Assistant Manager).

The post of Welfare Officer & JM (Public Relation) will be of Grade I and the total salary will be 30,000 to 1,20,000.

Approx. CTC P.A. at minimum of Basic Pay (Rs.) will be 9.23 Lakh.
