CCIL Recruitment 2023 notification details :

Cotton Corporation of India Limited Vacancy for Management Trainee Junior Commercial Executive. The Management Trainee required in the Accounts and Marketing sector, and Junior Commercial Executive will have to work involves assisting in various commercial activities within the CCIL India.

Cotton Corp. Management Trainee Education qualification

For the position of Management Trainee in Marketing candidates must have a minimum qualification of a MBA in Agri Business Management/ Agriculture related MBA. from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification acknowledged as such by the Central Government.

For the position of Management Trainee in Accounts candidates must have CA/CMA/MBA(Finance) / MMS/ M.Com. or any equivalent Post Graduate Degree in Commerce discipline from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification acknowledged as such by the Central Government.

CCIL Junior Commercial Executive Education qualification:

For the post of Junior Commercial Executive candidates must have Degree in B.Sc Agriculture, candidates should have completed their education from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories need to secure a minimum of 45% marks to qualify.

Cotton Corp. Recruitment 2023 Age Limit :

• Age limit for Unreserved/ EWS- 18-30 years.

CCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification Selection Process :

There will be separate paper for management trainee marketing and accounts and junior commercial executive. However the paper pattern will be same for all the posts.

Cotton Corp recruitment exam pattern :

The paper would be consist of 5 parts, part 1- 4 same for all posts. Part 5 is of subjective knowledge related to post for which candidate applied.

Online exam consist of 120 marks and time duration 2 hour. There will be 1/4th negative marking for each wrong answer. 1 mark for each question.

Candidates must achieve passing marks in each test/section as determined by the Company.

The minimum qualifying marks for UR/EWS/OBC is 40 % and for SC/ST/PWbD is 35 %.

Final Selection will be based on merit list according the to the marks of candidates in written test.

As per the notification the commission may choose to include an interview in the selection process if desired.

Management Trainee (Mktg) –. Rs 30,000 – 1,20,000 (IDA)
Management Trainee (Accounts) – Rs 30,000 – 1,20,000 (IDA)
Junior Commercial Executive – Rs 22000-90000 (IDA)

Probation Period: Upon selection, the candidate will undergo a probation period of 12 months (1 year) of active service in the Corporation from the date of joining. However, completing 12 months of service in the Corporation does not automatically guarantee permanency. The candidate will be confirmed as an employee only when the Management officially notifies them in writing

Service Bond: Upon joining the Corporation, it is mandatory for the candidate to sign a Service Bond. The bond requires the candidate to serve a minimum period of 3 years in the Corporation. Alternatively, if the candidate chooses not to complete the minimum service period, they will be liable to pay an amount equal to 3 months’ basic pay (as on the date of separation) in lieu of fulfilling the bond.
