Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL), a collaborative effort between the Government of India and the Government of Madhya Pradesh, is currently undertaking the Bhopal Metro Rail Project and the Indore Metro Rail Project in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

The primary goal of this transformative initiative is to establish a rail-based Sustainable Urban Transport System that will shape Bhopal and Indore into Smart and Healthy Cities. The introduction of a modern metro rail system aims to significantly improve the quality of life for residents, enhancing accessibility to goods and services and generating new employment opportunities.

MPMRCL recruitment madhyapradesh 2023 Post wise vacancy:

For each post, different educational qualifications, the number of vacancies, and specific medical category requirements have been requested. Candidates are required to fulfill the respective eligibility criteria as specified for each position.

MPMRCL Recruitment MadhyaPradesh 2023 Education Qualification:

For each post different education qualification required, Candidates can only apply for the posts in which they fulfill the required conditions.

Important Note : In cases where a diploma is specified as an essential qualification for the posts, candidates holding degrees in the specified disciplines are also eligible to apply. That means BE/B.Tech also eligible for post of supervisor. For the Post where ITI mentioned diploma and degree candidate can not apply as higher qualification.

• Supervisor (Operations) : Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any Engineering or B.SC Hons in (Physics /Chemistry/Math’s) or B.SC (Physics / Chemistry /Math’s) from a Govt. Recognised University /Institute.
• Supervisor (Signalling & Telecom) : Three years Engineering Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical discipline from a govt. recognized university/institute.
• Maintainer (Signalling &Telecom) : Matriculation plus two years ITI (NCVT/ SCVT) in any of the following specific trade: Electrician, Electronics Mechanics, Fitter, Ref & AC Mechanic from a Govt. Recognised Institute.
• Supervisor (Traction/ E&M) : Three years Engineering Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical discipline from a govt. recognized university/institute.
• Maintainer (Traction/E&M) : Matriculation plus two years ITI (NCVT/ SCVT) in any of the following specific trade: Electrician, Electronics Mechanics, Fitter, Ref & AC Mechanic from a Govt. Recognised Institute.
• Supervisor (Track) : Three years Engineering Diploma in Civil discipline from a govt. recognized university/institute.
• Maintainer (Track) : Matriculation plus two years ITI (NCVT/ SCVT) in Fitter from a Govt. Recognised Institute.
• Supervisor (Works) : Three years Engineering Diploma in Civil discipline from a govt. recognized university/institute.
• Maintainer (Works) : Matriculation plus two years ITI (NCVT/ SCVT) in Fitter from a Govt. Recognised Institute.
• Store (Assistant Store) : Bachelor Degree in any Engineering discipline a Govt. Recognised University / Institute.
• HR (Assistant Human Resource): Graduate in any discipline a Govt. Recognised University / Institute.
• Account (Assistant Finance) : B.Com/M.Com from a Gov Recognized university/ Institute/CA (intermediate from ICAI/ICWAI).

Bhopal Metro Vacancy Age Limit :

Note : A new notice about age limit is issued on mp metro rail corporation website in which age limit is increased for all the posts.

Age limit detail about various post under mpmrcl recruitment notification 2023. Cut-off date for age, education criteria will be calculated from 01 July 2023.

• For all post age limit should be 18-43 years for UR/EWS.
• For OBC maximum age 48 years. For ST/SC maximum age 48 years.
• For Female candidate age limit is 18 to 48 year for UR/EWS and for SC/ST/OBC age limit between 18- 48 years.
• For Physically Handicapped person age relaxation up to 10 years will be given to unreserved category, 13 years for obc, 15 years for sc/st.
• 3 year age relaxation is given in all category, due to covid.

The benefits of reservation will be granted solely to candidates who are originally domiciled in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Candidates who are not originally domiciled in Madhya Pradesh will not be eligible for reservation benefits and will be considered as General (Unreserved) Category candidates.

MPPRCL Recruitment Madhyapradesh 2023 Selection Process :

CBT- Computer based Online test will be conducted for each post separately. There will be no interview for any post, final selection is based on Online exam only.

Online Computer based test will be MCQ based.

For the position of Supervisor (Operations), after the CBT (Computer-Based Test), there will be one more round of examination, which is the CBAT (Computer-Based Aptitude Test).

After CBT/CBAT next steps are Document Verification and Medical Test.

Final result will be declared after Document verification and Medical test as per the notification.

The Computer Based Test (online exam ) Total 2 hour and 120 mcq based question. There will be 1/4th negative marking in CBT (computer based test).

In the online exam, the level of questions and the subjects in the syllabus will be at a basic level. The questions asked will be based on the specific education qualifications prescribed for the respective post.

Online exam will be both in English and Hindi only English language section will be only in English.

Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) :

Qualifying Marks: All candidates, regardless of their community or category (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD/Ex-SM), must secure a minimum T-Score of 42 marks in each test battery to qualify. No relaxation in the minimum T-Score is allowed.

CBAT Qualification: Candidates need to qualify in each test of CBAT to be considered for the post. No negative marking in CBAT test and question in both hindi and english language.

Final Merit List: The final merit list will include candidates who qualify in the CBAT. It will be based on 70% of the marks obtained in the CBT and 30% of the marks obtained in CBAT.

Online Exam City : The Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted in Madhya Pradesh cities, namely Bhopal, Gwalior, Indore, Jabalpur, and Ujjain, based on the response received from each city.

Applicants are required to indicate their preference for three (03) examination cities in the online application format, clearly specifying their order of preference.
