Hal India Design Trainee Management Trainee Recruitment 2023 Selection Process :
The selection process will include an All-India based Online Written Test (MCQ-Based) followed by an Interview.
After being shortlisted in Computer Based Test/Examination candidates will be called for interview.
Minimum qualifying marks in online written test and interview is 50 %.
All these stages are crucial and must be completed by every candidate as part of the selection process.

The online exam will be a computer-based exam which is of total 2 hours and 30 minutes and comprised of 3 parts.
The syllabus for the relevant disciplines for the selection of candidates for the positions of Management Trainee (Technical) and Design Trainee will align with the syllabus prescribed for GATE-2023 Examinations in the respective disciplines/branches of engineering.

Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview based on their marks in the Online Selection Test. The shortlisting will be done in order of merit, with a ratio of 1:5 to the number of vacancies in each discipline and category. The same rule applies to the candidates who are ultimately selected after the interview for the notified posts.
The Final Merit List will be prepared by giving a weightage of 85% marks for the Online Test and 15% marks for the Interview.
To qualify for the Selection, candidates must attain a minimum of 50% marks in both the Written Test and Interview. Relaxation in marks will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per the rules.
The entire selection process, including the qualifying marks in each stage, will be governed by the existing Recruitment Rules of the Company, which are available on the HAL website.
