Indian Rare Earths Limited Recruitment Age Details :

The age limit for all the positions is same which is given below :

Unreserved/General/EWS candidates maximum age not more than 26 years.
SC/ST candidates maximum age note more than limit 31 years.
OBC candidates maximum age note more than limit 31 years.

Note : Age relaxation will be given as per government reservation rule for SC/ST- 5 year, OBC-3 year relaxation will be given.

Academic Requirements for all the post of Non-Unionized Supervisory Trainee is as follows –

Trainee Chemist	3 years Diploma in Engineering/ Graduate in science with chemistry as major subject

Working knowledge of MS Office, windows computer etc is essential.

IREL Supervisor Trainee Salary Details

The candidates who are chosen will undergo one year of training initially. During the training period, you will be in S-0 Grade and receive a fixed monthly stipend of Rs. 37,200. If company accommodation is not available, you will also receive a housing allowance (HRA). Upon successfully completing this training, they will be appointed as Junior Supervisors in S-1 Grade. Their grade and salary scale upon appointment after training will be S-1 Grade with a pay scale of Rs. 25,000-68,000.

IREL Supervisor Trainees Recruitment Selection Process

The selection process for Indian Rare Earths Limited Recruitment for Non Unified Supervisor Trainee is based on written test which is First Level Test and Skill Test / Trade Test / Computer Proficiency Test and Psychometric Test which is Second Level Test.
The written test will be a computer-based objective test with 150 questions, each carrying equal marks. There will be no negative marking, and the total time duration is 2 hours.
Minimum qualifying marks for UR/EWS/OBC is 40% and For SC/ST 35 %.

Candidates will be selected for the Second Level Test (which includes Skill Test, Trade Test, Computer Proficiency Test, and Psychometric Test) in a ratio of 1:5 based on their performance in the written test. The Second Level Test is only for qualification purposes. After the Second Level Test, the final merit list will be determined solely based on the marks obtained in the written test.

he exam centers for the written test will be located in Mumbai, Nagpur, Trivandrum, Kochi, Bhubaneswar, and Nagercoil. Candidates may choose two examination centers in order of their preference.

Application fees for all the posts are same as per the official notification check below :

For Male candidates of General/OBC/ EWS Category application fees will be Rs. 500.
No fees for SC/ST/PwBD Category and female candidates.
