NSIC Assistant Manager Recruitment 2023 Salary :

The selected candidates works as Assistant Manager (E-0) level in their respective areas. The salary level for all posts is Assistant Manager (E-0 Level) for regular appointment in the IDA Pay Scale of Rs.30,000-1,20,000/-.

The compensation package encompasses elements such as the basic salary, industrial dearness allowance (DA), house rent allowance (HRA), perquisites, and allowances following a cafeteria approach, employee provident fund (EPF), gratuity, and more. Additionally, there will be a Performance-Related Pay component, subject to eligibility and compliance with the Corporation’s regulations.

Essential education qualification for Assistant Manager as per the National Small Industries Corporation Limited Recruitment :

FUNCTIONAL AREA- FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS :

  • Chartered Accountants (CAs) or Certified Management Accountants (CMAs) (ICWAs). OR
  • Graduates in Commerce with a First Class degree minimum of 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD), and two-year full-time regular MBA in Finance, with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD).

Functional Area: Human Resource :-

First-class Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD) and a two-year full-time regular MBA with a specialization in HRM/HRD/PM&IR/Labor Welfare.

FUNCTIONAL AREA: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT :-

First-class Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD) and a two-year full-time regular MBA with a specialization in Marketing.

FUNCTIONAL AREA: Technology :

  • A first-class 4-year full-time regular B.E. / B. Tech degree with a minimum of 60% marks (with a 5% relaxation in marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, or a combination thereof from a recognized university or institution.
  • Only candidates who have qualified in the GATE examination are eligible to apply. The most recent GATE score, not older than two years, will be taken into consideration.

FUNCTIONAL AREA: Law & Recovery :-

Full-time graduate with a first-class degree (minimum 60% and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD) and a first-class full-time LL.B degree or a first-class full-time Five Years Integrated Law degree (minimum 60% and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

FUNCTIONAL AREA: Company Secretary :-

A first-class full-time graduate with a minimum of 60% marks (55 % for SC/ST/PwBD) and membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries.

FUNCTIONAL AREA: Rajbhasha Adhikari :

Eligibility requires a first-class full-time Post Graduate degree with at least 60% marks (with a 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized university or institution. For Hindi, candidates should have English at the graduate level and a UGC-NET qualification. Alternatively, for English, Hindi at the graduate level is necessary, along with a one-year translation diploma or three-month training from the Central Translation Bureau. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in organizing Hindi workshops and seminars.”

NSIC Assistant Manager Recruitment 2023 Age Limit :

Age limit for UR/EWS is 28 years, with age relaxation as per government rules. Age limit for OBC is 31 years and for SC/ST is 33 years (three years and five years age relaxation provided respectively). Upper age limit date is September 29, 2023.

NSIC Recruitment 2023 Selection Process :

The selection process comprises a Written Test (where applicable) and a Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates. The Written Test carries a weightage of 70%, while the Personal Interview holds a weightage of 30%.

The minimum passing score for the written test is 50%, with a relaxation of up to 5% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. However, for the Technology field (GATE Score) and Rajbhasha (UGC-NET Score), the most recent rank, not older than two years, will be used to determine eligibility for the interview.

The Written Test will consist of 100 marks and include 100 Multiple Choice Questions covering the following topics:

The Written Test will feature Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs), with each correct answer awarded 01 mark and a 0.50 mark deduction for each incorrect response. The test will last for 60 minutes and will be administered by NSIC through a government agency.

The maximum limit for candidates invited for an interview will not exceed five times the number of advertised positions. Nevertheless, the Management retains the authority to establish its selection criteria.
