RBI Summer Placement Internship Education Qualification :

If you are interested in the RBI Summer Internship scheme, check the following details about essential education qualifications:

Students who are currently in the second-to-last year of their studies can apply for summer internships if they are pursuing either:

• a) Advanced studies after their bachelor’s degree (Candidate Pursuing PG Degree).
• b) A combined five-year program in fields like Management, Statistics, Law, Commerce, Economics, Econometrics, Banking, or Finance.
• c) A three-year full-time bachelor’s degree in Law from respected colleges in India.
• Only penultimate year students eligible to apply.

RBI Assistant Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:

RBI Summer Internship Selection Process

• RBI will select up to 125 students for the summer internship each year.
• Interviews for shortlisted candidates will be held at RBI offices in January or February of the following year.
• Shortlisted candidates from outside the city where the interview is held will have to pay for their own travel costs.
• The names of selected students will be announced in February or March.
• Selected outstation candidates will be reimbursed for the cost of a round-trip AC II Tier train ticket (or equivalent amount) from their college to the place of internship.

Reserve Bank of India Summer Internship Stipend :

Summer interns can get a monthly stipend of ₹20,000. If you’re coming from outside the area, you’ll need to find your own place to stay.

RBI Summer Placement Internship Scheme Duration :

RBI Summer Internships typically last for three months, from April to July. The Bank may shorten or lengthen the internship period at its discretion. How to apply for RBI Summer Placement Internship Scheme :

To apply for the RBI Summer Internship:

1. Go to the RBI website and fill out the online application form.
2. Apply between October 15th and December 15th of the year before the internship starts. For example, if the internship starts in April 2024, you must apply between October 15, 2023 and December 15, 2023.
3. Make sure to correctly enter the state where your college or institute is located.

Candidate has to upload his/ her basic details. Candidates need to enter their details like name, Aadhar number, email-id, mobile-number, etc. Candidate need to upload recent photograph, signature, education, income, caste certificate etc.

Be care full for enter each required detail it is verified at the time of document verification after passing all the test. A candidate may be disqualified if wrong data provided.

RBI Summer Internship Applications General Instructions :

Applicants can choose just one Control Office, and they’ll be considered for a summer internship at the office nearest to their college or institute. For instance, if a candidate’s school is in Maharashtra, Goa, Daman & Diu, or Dadra & Nagar Haveli, they can apply for the Mumbai center.

The RBI won’t provide guidance to candidates asking if they’re eligible to apply. Applicants don’t have to send any application papers, certificates, or copies to any address when applying online. Their eligibility will be determined based on the details provided in the application. If, at any point, it’s discovered that the information given in the online application is wrong or if the RBI finds the candidate doesn’t meet the requirements, their application may be canceled.
