The number of vacancies based on category- Unreserved-210, OBC – 139, EWS – 52, SC – 77, ST – 39.

BEL India Trainee Engineer Recruitment 2024 Salary Details :

The Salary level for each post of BEL Trainee Engineer-I Recruitment

Trainee Engineer-I will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 30,000 per month for the first year of engagement, Rs. 35,000 per month for the second year, and Rs. 40,000 per month for the third year.

Selected candidates need medical and life insurance (Rs. 2 lakhs and Rs. 5 lakhs per annum respectively) at joining. Plus, they’ll get Rs. 12,000 annually for various expenses.

Trainee Engineer-I (TE) position is initially for two years from joining, extendable for up to one additional year, totaling a maximum of three years. Extensions depend on project progress and candidate performance

Qualifications required: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Engineering (Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Telecommunication, Communication, Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Science, Information Technology). General, OBC (NCL), and EWS candidates need an aggregate of 55% and above across all semesters/years, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates require a passing grade.

BEL Trainee Engineer Recruitment 2024 Age Criteria

BE/B.TECH : Upper age limit is 28 years.
ME/M.TECH : Upper age limit is 30 years.

Age relaxation- OBC- 3 year, SC/ST- 5 year, PwBD candidates- 10 years. Check official notification for more details.

The Application Fees for GEN/EWS/OBC (NCL) category candidates- 150 Rs.+ 18% GST. No Fees for SC/ST/ PwBD category candidates.

Bel Trainee Engineer-I Recruitment 2024 Selection Process :

Candidates will be selected based on a Written Test, followed by an Interview for those who qualify. The venue for the Written Test/Interview will be communicated later.

Written test carries 85% weightage, while the interview holds 15%. Candidates passing the written test will be invited for interviews in a 1:5 ratio based on merit within each category.
