IDBI Bank JAM ESO Recruitment 2023 Education Qualification :

Education criteria for IDBI Recruitment 2023 is as follows :

IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment Education Qualification– Minimum Bachelors Degree in any subject with minimum 60 % required for UR/EWS/ OBC candidates and 55 % required for SC/ST candidates. Only diploma pass candidates are not eligible.

IDBI Executive Sales and Operation Recruitment Education Qualification– Any Graduate candidate can apply. no percentage criteria and Only diploma pass candidates are not eligible.

IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 Age Details :

Age criteria is same for both the post IDBI Junior Assistant Manager and IDBI Executive Sales and Operation (on contract). The required age criteria is as follows:

Age should be between 20 to 25 years. meaning candidates should have been born between 2 November, 1998, and 1 November, 2003 (inclusive of both days). The maximum age limit applies to unreserved and EWS candidates. Relaxation in the upper age limit is available as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.

• For OBC – 3 years age relaxation, for SC/ST – 5 years age relaxation will be given.
• For Physically disabled persons belongs to gen/ews category 10 years, for OBC- 13 years, For ST/SC – 15 years age relaxation will be given.
• For Ex servicemen 5 year age relaxation will be given.

IDBI Bank JAM ESO Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:

IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment Selection Process : The selection process for Junior Assistant Manager Grade ‘O’ comprises an Online Test (OT), a Personal Interview (PI), Document Verification (DV), and a Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).

IDBI Executive Sales and Operation Recruitment Selection Process : The selection process for Executive Sales and Operation (ESO) comprises an Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), and a Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). There will be no Interview for this post.

Online Test Pattern for both of the post Junior Assistant Manager and Executive Sales and Operation is as follows :

• The time duration for online test is 2 hours. There will be 0.25 negative marking for each wrong answers. There will be sectional and overall cutoff in online test.
• For IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment based on marks in written exam there will be Personal Interview round.
• The personal interviews will carry a weightage of 100 marks. Candidates are required to attain the minimum qualifying marks in the interview, which must not fall below 50% (or 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates).
• The overall final score of candidates will be determined by considering their scores in both the Online Test and the Interview.
• For IDBI Executive Sales and Operation Recruitment based on online written test merit list prepared for DV and other process. no interview for Executive Sales and Operation Contract base vacancy.

IDBI Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Grade O Salary and Job Profile

As a Junior Assistant Manager Grade ‘O’, your salary will be between Rs.6.14 lakh and Rs.6.50 lakh (in Class A cities) with 1 year probation period. You can be promoted to Grade A after 3 years of service. As per the notification The bank will try to assign you to your preferred job location for the first five years, but it is not guaranteed.

IDBI Executive Sales & Operations (ESO) Salary and Job Profile

• Executive monthly salary for first year is 29,000 rupees and for second year 31,000 per month.
• The IDBI Executive Sales and Operations position is solely on a contract basis.
• There will be no provision for Travel Allowance (TA), Daily Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), or other facilities.
• The initial contract period will be for one year, with the possibility of extension based on the candidate’s performance.
• After completing two years as an executive, candidates are eligible to apply for the Junior Assistant Manager position.
• During the contract period, candidates may be assigned to work anywhere as per the bank’s requirements.
