SBI Circle Based Officers Recruitment Essential Experience

A minimum of 2 years’ experience (after obtaining the essential academic qualification) is required as of 31st October 2023, working as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or RRB( Regional Rural Banks ) listed in the Reserve Bank of India.

Candidates should be proficient in the local language of the circle for which they apply.

SBI CBO Notification 2023 Age Details :

Age limit detail about State bank of India Circle Based Officers Vacancy.

Age should be between 21 to 30 years as of October 31, 2023, meaning candidates should have been born between November 1, 1993, and October 31, 2003 (inclusive of both days). The maximum age limit applies to unreserved and EWS candidates. Relaxation in the upper age limit is available as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.

• For OBC – 3 years age relaxation, for SC/ST – 5 years age relaxation will be given.
• For Physically disabled persons belongs to gen/ews category 10 years, for OBC- 13 years, For ST/SC – 15 years age relaxation will be given.
• For Ex servicemen 5 year age relaxation will be given.

SBI CBO Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:

The State Bank of India Circle Based Officer Recruitment selection process is comprise of three stages-

• Online Test
• Screening
• Interview Process.

SBI CBO Recruitment 2023 Exam Pattern :

The Online test for SBI CBO is combination of objective (mcq ) test and descriptive type paper. both these paper will conducted on same day.

Objective Test Pattern :Total Marks will be 120 and total number of question will be 120 Total time duration 2 hour. There will be no negative marking . Candidate have to clear each section cutoff individually.

Descriptive Type Pattern: This paper is in English language only and consists of letter writing and essay writing. The total duration of the paper is 30 minutes, and it carries a total of 50 marks. The descriptive paper will be conducted immediately after the objective test.

The Online written Test will be conducted in January 2024 (tentatively).

Interview : Interview will be consists of 50 marks only for short listed candidates from objective tests.

Final Selection: After Interview final merit list published. The marks for objective test and interview in the ratio of 75:25.

State Bank Of India Circle Based Officer Salary :

Currently, the initial basic pay stands at 36,000/- within the scale of 36,000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840, which applies to the Junior Management Grade Scale-I. The appointed official will also qualify for Dearness Allowance (D.A), House Rent Allowance (H.R.A)/Lease rental, City Compensatory Allowance (C.C.A), Medical benefits, and other allowances & perks according to the prevailing regulations.

Additionally, candidates with 2 or more years of experience in an officer cadre role within any Scheduled Commercial Bank/Regional Rural Bank will receive two advance increments.
