Mahatransco ae recruitment 2023 Education Qualification :
Education criteria for various post is applicable as decided by Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited. Since these positions are at the entry level, there is no need for any prior work experience.
Assistant Engineer (Transmission) : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology candidates are eligible to apply.
Assistant Engineer (Telecommunication ) position : Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or ECE Technology candidates are eligible to apply.
Candidates must attain the specified qualification by or on October 24, 2023. If a candidate obtains the mentioned qualification after this date and secures a place on the merit list based on their performance in the written test, they will not be deemed eligible for the position or selection.

The maximum age limit for external candidates in the OPEN category is 38 years.
The upper age limit for candidates in the Reserved Category, including EWS and Orphan Candidates applying for reserved positions, can be extended up to 43 years. For Persons with Disabilities (Divyang), the upper age limit is extendable up to 45 years. Similarly, candidates applying under the Sports Quota can have their upper age limit extended up to 43 years in any circumstance.

The selection process for Mahatransco Assistant Engineer Vacancy 2023 consists of a computer-based written test only. The written test will have objective-type questions.

Mahatransco Assistant Engineer Recruitment 2023 Salary :
The chosen candidate will receive a salary in the pay scale of Rs. 49,210 to Rs. 1,19,315. In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates are entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical Benefits, Contributory Provident Fund (CPF), and Gratuity, among other benefits, as per the company’s policies.
Candidates may also be offered office quarters in accordance with the company’s rules, instead of HRA, if requested and if available. The approximate monthly gross emoluments, excluding office accommodation, will be Rs. 84,407.
