Education Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Minimum 3 years course). OR Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. (Other than these branches not eligible).
Post Name: Assistant Foreman (Electrical) (Trainee) Grade-C
Education Qualification- Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Minimum 3 years course) OR Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering. (Other than these branches not eligible).
NCL Recruitment 2024 Age Limit :

- The critical date for determining the age of candidates is set as 05 February 2024
- Age limit for Unreserved/ EWS- 18-30 years.
- age relaxation as per reservation rule applied – For OBC – 3year, For or ST/SC -5 years relaxation given.
- Maximum age limit for SC/ST- 35 years and for OBC (NCL) candidates 33 years.

The selection process as per NCL Recruitment Notification 2024 is as follows:
The selection will be based on online computer based test only (Section A & B).
Northern Coalfields Limited Recruitment Online CBT Exam Pattern- A separate Computer Based Test will be held for each position. Total time duration- 90 minutes, Total Question – 100, Total Marks- 100 and no negative marks for wrong answer. Computer test will be in English and Hindi (Bilingual).

NCL Recruitment Assistant Foreman Salary :
- The Assistant Foreman is supervisory level position. These posts referred as Grade C entry level post.
- The Entry level grade & pay scale (As per NCWA XI) during training is Minimum of (Monthly rated) Grade-C Basic Rs 47330.25 per month. The training period for E&T post will be 1 year and for other post training period will be 2 year.
- After successful completion of Training candidates grade will be grade C.
- In addition to the base salary mentioned earlier, various allowances like DA, attendance bonus, special allowance, HRA, transport subsidy, and medical facilities, as per NCWA XI provisions, are also applicable. Upon successful training completion, career progression will follow the existing cadre schemes and rules.

- The application fees for UR/ EWS/ OBC candidates will be 1000 rupees +180 gst charges total ₹1180.
- The application fees for SC/ST/ PwBD candidates will be Nil.
