The NFL, which stands for National Fertilizers Limited, is a company in India that has a special status called “Mini Ratna.” It’s based in New Delhi and was founded on August 23, 1974. The Government of India owns about 74% of its shares, and other financial institutions own the remaining 26%.

The main goal of setting up NFL in India was to meet the country’s needs for chemicals and fertilizers. NFL works hard to provide India with top-quality services in the chemical, fertilizer, and related industries.

NFL operates five ammonia-urea plants that use natural gas. These plants in Nangal and Bathinda in Punjab, Panipat in Haryana, and Vijaipur in Madhya Pradesh. NFL has a wide network for marketing, including a main office in Noida, four regional offices in Bhopal, Lucknow, Chandigarh, and Hyderabad, and 15 state offices and 3 union territory offices. NFL produces and sells products like Neem Coated Urea, bio-fertilizers, and other farming supplies. One of their well-known products is the KISAN brand.

NFL Recruitment 2023 Accounts Assistant Education Qualification :

Education criteria for various post is applicable as decided by National Fertilizers Limited Accounts Assistant Vacancy official notification.

Accountants Assistant Education Qualification- B.com with minimum 50 % aggregate.

Candidates with a higher degree in the qualifications mentioned above are also eligible to apply, but their undergraduate degree must be in B.Com, and they should have a minimum of 50% marks. The cut-off date for age and minimum qualification is 31/10/2023. NFL Recruitment 2023 Accounts Assistant Selection Process:

The National Fertilizers Limited recruitment for Accounts Assistant includes only an OMR-based written test. The exam pattern consists of two parts, with a total of 150 marks and a duration of 2 hours and no negative marking. OMR based test will be in Hindi and English language only.

Since these are Group ‘C’ Non-Executive (Worker) level positions, there won’t be any interviews. Selection for appointment will depend solely on the marks achieved in the OMR based test and the verification of certificates and testimonials. Nevertheless, NFL retains the right to conduct a Skill (Trade) Test.
