Security Paper Mill Narmadapuram Vacancy

Security Paper Mill, located in Narmadapuram Madhya Pradesh, is one of the nine constituent units operating under the umbrella of the “Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited” (SPMCIL).

SPMCIL is a Schedule ‘A’ Miniratna Category-I enterprise, a Central Public Sector Organization entirely owned by the Government of India.

It is Established on January 13, 2006, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, Its primary work is the creation, production, and printing of a wide range of secure documents. These encompass currency and banknotes, non-judicial stamp papers, the minting of coins, postage stamps, and more.

SPMCIL operates under the administrative control of the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Finance, and maintains its Registered and Corporate Office at Jawahar Vyapar Bhavan, Janpath, New Delhi.

SPMCIL boasts four Minting Units in Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Noida, in addition to four Currency/Security Printing Presses in Nashik, Dewas, and Hyderabad.

SPM Narmadapuram Recruitment 2023 notification details :

SPMCIL Recruitment 2023 Essential Education Qualification:

Different educational qualifications are required for each post. Candidates can only apply for posts for which they meet the required qualifications.

Welfare Officer :

• full-time degree from a university recognized by the State Government.
• Possess a full-time degree or full-time diploma in Social Science from an institution recognized by the State Government.
• Have sufficient knowledge of both Hindi and the predominant language spoken by the factory workers to which you will be assigned.
• If you have a full-time degree or full-time diploma in Social Welfare or Labour Welfare, you are eligible to apply for the position of Welfare Officer.

Supervisor (Electrical) :

• A first-class, full-time diploma in Electrical Engineering is required. Candidates with a higher qualification, such as a first-class B.Tech, B.E., or B.Sc. (Engineering) degree in Electrical, will also be considered.

Supervisor (Production/ Lab) :

• A first-class, full-time diploma in Pulp & Paper Technology, Chemical Technology, or Chemical Engineering is required. Candidates with a higher qualification, such as a first-class B.Tech, B.E., or B.Sc. (Engineering) degree in Pulp & Paper Technology, Chemical Technology, or Chemical, will also be considered.

Supervisor (Store)

• A first-class, full-time diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized University or Institution is required. Candidates with a higher qualification, such as a first-class B.Tech, B.E., or B.Sc. (Engineering) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering, will also be considered.

Junior Hindi Translator :

• A Master’s Degree from a recognized University in either Hindi or English, with English or Hindi as the subject at the Graduation level (i.e., Hindi for candidates with a post-graduate degree in English, and vice versa).
• One year of experience in translating between Hindi and English.
• Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of Sanskrit and/or any Indian language.
• Proficiency in using computers in the Hindi language.

Secretarial Assistant :

• A graduate with a minimum of 55% marks.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Stenography skills at a speed of 80 words per minute.
• Typing ability in either English or Hindi at a speed of 40 words per minute.

Desirable Skills:

• Proficiency in secretarial tasks.

SPMCIL Recruitment Age Limit :

Age limit detail about various post under Security Paper Mill Narmadapuram Vacancy notification 2023. Cut-off date for age, education criteria will be calculated from 29/10/2023.

• For all Supervisor posts, Welfare Officer, and Junior Hindi Translator posts, the age limit should be 18-30 years for UR/EWS candidates. For OBC candidates, the maximum age is 33 years. For ST/SC candidates, the maximum age is 35 years.
• For Secretarial Assistant post, the age limit should be 18-28 years for UR/EWS candidates. For OBC candidates, the maximum age is 31 years. For ST/SC candidates, the maximum age is 33 years..
• For Physically Handicapped person age relaxation up to 10 years will be given to unreserved category, 13 years for obc, 15 years for sc/st.

SPM Narmadapuram Recruitment 2023 Notification Selection Process :

Online exam will be conducted for each post separately. There will be no interview for any post, final selection is based on Online exam only.

Online exam will be MCQ based. There is no negative marking in online exam.

The exam pattern is the same for all supervisory posts, welfare officer, and junior Hindi translator posts. Technical/professional knowledge in the relevant trade or field in which the candidate has applied is required.

Total Time duration for online exam is 2 hours, total marks 200, total number of question is 150. There is separate time for each section.

For Secretarial Assistant :

The selection process for this position will include a Stenography Test and a Typing Skill Test on a computer, following the successful completion of the Online Test.

Here are the details of these tests:

• Candidates will be given one dictation for 10 minutes in either English or Hindi, depending on their choice indicated in the online application form. The dictation will be at a speed of 80 words per minute. Candidates must transcribe this dictation on a computer at a typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Both the Stenography Test and the Typing Skill Test are of a qualifying nature.
• Only those candidates who pass the Online Test will be invited to participate in the Stenography and Typing Skill Test.

If a candidate shortlisted in Online written test then only they will be called for Stenography and Typing skill test

The Online exam pattern for Secretarial Assistant is consist of 160 question and 160 marks, total time duration is 2 hours.

Probation Period for each post will be one or two years.

Online Exam Center : Online exam will be conducted in different city of India such as Hyderabad, Mumbai, Patna, Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Nagpur, Pune, Jaipur, Lucknow, Kolkata.

Candidate need to choose one center only. Online exam center can be change by company if the number of candidates for a particular city will be low.

The Pay Scale based on IDA pattern is as follows :

Welfare Officer : Pay Scale 29,740- 1,03,000 per month Level A- 2.

Supervisor : Pay Scale 27,600- 95,910 per month Level S-1.

Junior Hindi Translator : Pay Scale 27,600- 95,910 per month Level A-1.

Secretarial Assistant : Pay Scale 23,910- 85,570 per month Level B-4.
