• For Unreserved/ General/ EWS- 18 year to 38 year.
• For OBC/SC/ST/SBC- 18 year to 43 year.

BHC Junior Clerk Vacancy Education Qualification-

Maharashtra District Court Vacancy for Junior Clerk essential education criteria is as follows:

• Minimum Graduation (Preference- LLB Degree)
• Sufficient proficiency in the local/regional language used in the District Court.
• Required: Government Commercial Certificate Exam or equivalent. Alternatively, a Government Computer Typing Basic Course (GCC-TBC or I.T.I.) with speeds of 40 wpm+ in English Typing and 30 wpm+ in Marathi Typing.
• Need computer proficiency certificate in Windows, Linux, M.S. Office, M.S. Word, Wordstar-7, Open Office Org from authorized institutes like NIC, DOEACC, APTECH, NIIT, C-DAC, DATAPRO, SSI, BOSTON, CEDIT, MS-CIT or Statutory Universities/ institutions from government of Maharashtra/Goa.

BHC Stenographer Grade 3 Vacancy Education Qualification-

• Minimum Graduation (Preference- LLB Degree)
• Sufficient proficiency in the local/regional language used in the District Court.
• Pass Government Commercial Certificate or Govt. Board Exam, or Computer Typing Basic Course (GCCTBC or I.T.I.) with: English Shorthand: 100+ wpm, Marathi Shorthand: 80+ wpm, English Typing: 40+ wpm, Marathi Typing: 30+ wpm.
• Need computer proficiency certificate in Windows, Linux, M.S. Office, M.S. Word, Wordstar-7, Open Office Org from authorized institutes like NIC, DOEACC, APTECH, NIIT, C-DAC, DATAPRO, SSI, BOSTON, CEDIT, MS-CIT or Statutory Universities/ institutions from government of Maharashtra/Goa.

BHC PEON Vacancy Education Qualification-

The candidate should have passed at least the 7th Standard examination and possess a good physique.

BHC Recruitment 2023 Selection Process

The selection process for all the post of Maharashtra district court vacancy is different you can check selection process for particular post:

Bombay High Court Junior Clerk Selection based on – Screening Test- 40 marks, English Typing Test- 20 marks, Marathi Typing Test – 20 marks and Interview- 20 marks. (Total- 100 marks)

1. The Screening test (40 Marks) – 40 multiple choice objective type questions on general knowledge subjects like f History, Civics, Science, Geography, Sports, Literature, Grammar and current events and computer knowledge in English/Marathi language.
2. Candidates short listed in screening test will be called for typing test (20 Marks) – 10 minutes Marathi language Typing with speed of 30 words per minute on computer.
3. Only Marathi typing test pass candidate called for English typing test (20 Marks) which include 40 word per minute total 10 minutes on computer.
4. After English typing, qualified candidates called for Interview ( 20 marks).
5. Final Merit list based on marks in screening test, Marathi, English typing, and interview.

Bombay High Court Stenographer Grade 3 Selection based on – English Shorthand test-20 marks, Marathi Shorthand Test- 20 marks, English Typing Test- 20 marks, Marathi Typing Test – 20 marks and Interview- 20 marks. (Total- 100 marks).

1. However, the board can conduct a screening test if more applications are received for the stenographer grade 3 post
2. English Language Shorthand Test- Duration of Dictation- 6 minute, Speed of Dictation- 100 WPM, Total Words- 600, Transcription Time – 40 Minutes, total marks-20.
3. Marathi Language Shorthand Test- Duration of Dictation- 8 minute, Speed of Dictation- 80 WPM, Total Words- 640, Transcription Time – 45 Minutes, total marks-20.
4. Marathi language Typing Test on computer- 30 words per minute , total 10 minute, total marks-20.
5. English Language Typing Test on computer- 40 words per minute, total 10 minute, total marks-20.
6. Interview- 20 marks.
7. Final merit list on official site.

Bombay High Court Peon/ Hamal Selection – Screening Test- 30 marks, Cleaning and Activeness Test- 10 marks, Interview – 10 marks, Total – 50 marks.

1. Screening test (30 Marks) objective question based on general knowledge in English or Marathi language.
2. After pass in screening test candidates will be called for Cleaning and Activeness Test and Interview.

BHC Recruitment 2023 Post-wise Salary

• Stenographer Grade 3- Approximate salary will be 38600-122800 rupees per month, Pay Level S-14 .
• Junior Clerk- Approximate salary will be 19900-63200 rupees per month, Pay Level S-6 .
• Peon-Approximate salary will be 15000- 47600 rupees per month, Pay Level S-1.
