Eklavya Modal Residential Schools are started in India Specially for ST (scheduled Tribal Casts) belongs students of class 6th to 12th to provide them quality education. These schools will be residential schools at block level separate hostels for boys and girls and for teachers also. In these schools Indian government will provide all facilities to ST students.
- Candidates can apply for eligible posts according to their eligibility criteria.
- Teaching Staff – Principal (group A) , Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) (Group B).
- Non Teaching Staff – Jr. Secretariat Assistant, Accountant, Lab Attendant.

- Subject knowledge covering Accountancy, Annual Accounts, Taxation, Budgeting, Auditing and Financial Management, GeM etc.
- For Junior Secretariate Assistant Part 5 will be of Computer Knowledge –
- Fundamentals of Computer System, Basics of Operating System, MS Office, Keyboard Shortcuts and their uses, Important Computer Terms and Abbreviations, Computer Networks, Cyber Security, and Internet.
- For Lab attendant Subject specific knowledge of 60 marks-
- Knowledge of lab work and lab equipment, Knowledge of experiments of chemicals, Safety protocols of lab, scientific name of chemicals and equipment, knowledge of different methods commonly used in labs, Techniques and Physics, Chemistry, Life Sciences (Biology) etc.
EMRS Staff Selection Exam (ESSE – 2023) :
Scheme of selection for various posts as followed :
Mode of Examination for EMRS Staff Selection Exam (ESSE-2023) will be conducted in “OMR Based (Pen-Paper)” -offline mode.
Choice of Medium for Question Papers / Medium of Examination will be both in Hindi and English chosen by candidate . Further, for the post of PGT (Third Language), the medium of test for Part-V (Domain Knowledge) will be in concerned third language.
One mark (1) shall be awarded to every correct answer and 0.25 shall be deducted for every incorrect answer. Unanswered questions will not be given any marks.

Personality Test / Interview : 40 marks.
