Based on the business requirements of the Participating Banks and the actual vacancies for the financial year 2024-25, candidates who are shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Banks. This allocation will be done in adherence to the Government’s reservation policy, administrative convenience, and other relevant guidelines. It is important to note that the validity of CRP SPL-XIII will naturally expire at the end of business on 31.03.2025, with or without prior notice.

IBPS Specialist Officer Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria for various post is applicable as decided by IBPS India. Please be aware that the eligibility criteria mentioned here are the fundamental requirements for applying to the position. During the interview, candidates must present the original documents along with self-attested photocopies to verify their identity, eligibility in terms of category, nationality, age, educational qualifications, etc., as stated in the online application form. It is essential to note that no changes to the application data will be allowed after the completion of the online registration process.

Nationality : Applicants for Company recruitment must be either:

• (a) Indian citizens,
• (b) Nepali subjects,
• (c) Bhutanese subjects,
• (d) Tibetan refugees who arrived in India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement, or
• (e) Persons of Indian origin who migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanent settlement in India.
• Note: Candidates falling under categories (b), (c), (d), and (e) must possess a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.

IT Officer Scale 1 education qualification : BE/BTech/ME/ MTECH in CS /IT/EC/ET. or Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level.

Agriculture Officer Scale 1– To be eligible for the specified position, candidates must possess a 4-year Degree (graduation) in any of the following fields: Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, Fishery Science, Pisciculture, Agri. Marketing & Cooperation, Co-operation & Banking, Agro-Forestry, Forestry, Agricultural Biotechnology, Food Science, Agriculture Business Management, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Sericulture, or Fisheries Engineering. Having a degree in any of these disciplines qualifies individuals to apply for the position in question.

Rajbhasha Adhikari Scale 1– Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level OR Post graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree (graduation) level.

Law Officer Scale 1 -LLB Also registered as an Advocate at Bar Council of India.

HR/ Personnel Officer Scale 1 : Applicants interested in the specified position should possess the following educational qualifications: a Graduate degree and either a Two Years Full-time Post Graduate degree or a Two Years Full-time Post Graduate diploma in disciplines such as Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, HR (Human Resources), HRD (Human Resource Development), Social Work, or Labour Law. Fulfilling these academic criteria is crucial to meet the eligibility requirements for the position. Candidates who satisfy these educational prerequisites are encouraged to apply and be considered for the role.

Marketing Officer Scale 1 : MBA in Marketing / PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGPM/ PGDM with specialization in Marketing.

All the educational qualifications mentioned must be obtained from a University/Institution/Board that is recognized by the Government of India or approved by Government Regulatory Bodies. Moreover, the final results of these qualifications should have been declared on or before 21.08.2023.

IBPS SO Recruitment Notification 2023 Age Limit :

• Age limit for Unreserved/ EWS- 20-30 years.
• age relaxation as per reservation rule applied – For OBC – 3year, For or ST/SC -5 years relaxation given.
• Age relaxation for Physically disabled person under is 10 year.
• For Ex-Servicemen 5 year age relaxation will be given.
• The critical date for determining the age of candidates is set as 01.08.2023, To be eligible, a candidate’s date of birth must fall within the range of 2nd August 1993 to 1st August 2003, both dates inclusive.

IBPS SO Recruitment 2023 Notification Selection Process :

The selection process for ibps so will be consist of three phases.

Phase -I Preliminary Examination : Objective type computer based online exam

Phase -II Mains Examination : Mains Examination will consist of objective question related to specific professional knowledge. For Rajbhasha Adhikari Scale 1 there will be descriptive test also.

Phase -III Interview : Candidates who shortlisted in phase II will be called for interview. The weightage for online exam and interview will be 80 : 20 .

Final Selection :The final selection will be determined by the consolidated marks obtained in the main examination and the Interview.

Phase -II Mains Examination for Rajbhasha Adhikari :

Mains examination will consist of objective test and descriptive test for ibps specialist officer. There will be one-fourth negative marking for each wrong answer.

Phase -II Mains Examination for Law Officer, IT Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, HR/Personnel Officer and Marketing Officer :

Candidates must achieve passing marks in each test/section as determined by the Company. The Company will decide on an adequate number of candidates to be shortlisted for the Main Examination in each category, which will be approximately depend on number of vacancy.
