Terms and Condition:

Type and Duration of Engagement: The engagement will be a full-time contract, initially spanning a duration of three years, with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of five years. Either party can terminate the contract by providing a notice period of one month. The performance of contract appointees will undergo annual reviews to determine the continuation of the engagement.

Compensation: The annual emoluments for the aforementioned contract appointments will include the cost of housing and will be as follows: –

Annual Compensation range*

Grade C – ₹36.96 lakh to ₹45.84 lakh p.a.

Grade D – ₹51.60 lakh to ₹57.24 lakh p.a.

Increased Annual Compensation: Candidates with higher academic or professional qualifications/experience may be eligible for a higher annual compensation, at the discretion of the Bank. The annual compensation mentioned above is subject to applicable taxes.

Leave Entitlement: Contract appointees will be granted leave at a rate of 30 days per calendar year. Leave will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for any fractional period.

Leave Policy: Contract appointees will be allowed to take leave based on the administrative convenience of the Bank. Unutilized leave at the end of the year cannot be carried forward. Holidays that fall within the period of absence will be counted as part of the leave. Any absence beyond the specified leave period may be considered as leave without pay.

Selection Process: The selection process involves preliminary screening/shortlisting by a Screening Committee, followed by document verification and an interview. The RBI Services Board reserves the right to limit the number of candidates called for an interview based on the number of vacancies. This can be done by enhancing the minimum educational qualifications/work experience requirement or using any other suitable method. Meeting the minimum requirements for the post does not automatically guarantee an interview. The decision of the Board in this regard is final, and no correspondence will be entertained. Their candidature will be subject to the submission and verification of documents supporting their eligibility in terms of age, category, qualification, experience, etc.
