Initially established as Nagpur High Court in 1936 under British rule, it underwent transformation with the formation of the state of Madhya Pradesh. Madhya-Pradesh High Court was established in 2 November, 1956.

MP High court operates through various benches located in cities like Jabalpur, Indore, and Gwalior. Each bench holds distinctive jurisdiction, catering to diverse legal matters encompassing civil, criminal, and constitutional cases.

Madhya-Pradesh Civil Judge Junior Division Exam Education Qualification

Candidate must have done LLB Course of 3 year or 5 year from any recognized university. Minimum passing marks for UR/ EWS /OBC candidates is 70% and for SC/ST 50% passing marks required.

MP High Court Civil Judge Recruitment Age Details :

• The eligible age range for UR/EWS candidates should fall within 21 to 35 years as of January 1, 2024.

Madhya-Pradesh Civil Judge Junior Division Exam and Selection Process:

The MP High Court Civil Judge Recruitment selection process is comprise of three stages-

• Preliminary Test
• Mains Exam
• Interview Process.

Madhya-Pradesh Civil Judge Junior Division Online Preliminary Exam Pattern :

Online Preliminary Test will be only qualified in nature, marks obtained in this test will not be calculated in final result.

Objective Preliminary Test Pattern :Total Marks will be 150 and total number of question will be 150 Total time duration 2 hour. The questions will be objective type (mcq-based). Candidates can give preliminary exam in both language English or Hindi.

MP High Court Civil Judge Junior Division Mains Examination –

Candidate passed in Preliminary exam have to apply for mains exam.

There will be four paper (written type ) of 100 each and total time duration is 3 hours. Check Subjects asked in written mains exam-

• First Paper-संविधान, सिविल विधि एवं प्रक्रिया ( Constitution Civil Law & Procedure)
• Second Paper- लेखन एवं सम्पेक्षण (Writing and Reporting)
• Third Paper- स्थानीय विधि, आपराधिक विधि एवं प्रक्रिया (Local Law, Criminal Law & Procedure)

• Fourth Paper -निर्णय लेखन (Decision Writing)

After competed all round final merit list will be declared based on marks of the candidates in mains exam and interview.
