BEL Trainee Engineer-I Recruitment Details : The Trainee Engineers are initially hired for a duration of two years, with the possibility of extending to a third year based on both project needs and the individual candidate’s performance.

BEL Trainee Engineer-I Salary : For 1st year – 30,000 Rs. , 2nd year-35, 000 Rs. 3rd year- 40,000 Rupees. Extra benefits include an area allowance equivalent to 10% of the total remuneration per month, exclusively for candidates assigned to different sites and customer locations. Additionally, there’s an annual provision of Rs. 12,000 for insurance premiums, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, and similar expenses.

BEL Project Engineer/Officer Recruitment 2023 Details: The Project Engineer and Project Officer are initially hired for a duration of three years, with the possibility of extending to a fourth year based on both project needs and the individual candidate’s performance.

BEL Project Engineer Recruitment 2023 Salary : For 1st year – 40,000 Rs. , 2nd year-45, 000 Rs. 3rd year- 50,000 rupees and 4th year- 55 ,000 rupees.. Extra benefits include an area allowance equivalent to 10% of the total remuneration per month, exclusively for candidates assigned to different sites and customer locations. 1. BEL Trainee Engineer-I: BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent discipline of Computer Science is required. The minimum passing marks for UR/EWS/OBC candidates is 55%, while SC/ST PwBD candidates must achieve the passing marks for their respective categories.
2. Also candidate should have knowledge of C++, Java, Algorithm Development, Software Documentation etc.

1. BEL Project Engineer -I – BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent discipline of Computer Science is required. The minimum passing marks for UR/EWS/OBC candidates is 55%, while SC/ST PwBD candidates must achieve the passing marks for their respective categories.
2. Essential Experience : At least 02 years experience in C++, Java, Software Testing, Software Documentation and Python etc.

1. BEL Project Officer- I ( Human Resources) –MBA/ MSW/ PG Diploma in HR/ Industry Relation/ Personnel Management with minimum 55 %.
2. Essential Experience : 2 year experience in related field.

1. BEL Project Engineer -I (Material Management) – BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55 % marks.

BEL Recruitment 2023 Age Limit :

Age limit for all the post as on 01 june 2023 –

• Trainee Engineer- Maximum age limit for UR/EWS candidates – 28 year, OBC- 31 year and SC/ST -33 year.
• Project Engineer- I and Project Officer- I – Maximum age limit for UR/EWS candidates – 32 year, OBC- 35 year and SC/ST -37 year.

Bharat Electronics Limited Recruitment Application Fees :

Trainee Engineer-I: The Application Fees for GEN/EWS/OBC (NCL) category candidates- 177 Rs. No Fees for SC/ST/ PwBD category candidates.

Project Engineer-I/ Project Officer- I: The Application Fees for GEN/EWS/OBC (NCL) category candidates- 477 Rs.

Bel Recruitment 2023 Selection Process :

The selection process for all positions will be based on a written test and an interview. The written test will account for 85% of the overall score, while the interview will account for the remaining 15%.
