NRSC Stands for National Remote Sensing Center, The NRSC is a part of ISRO that takes care of gathering and handling information from satellites for Remote Sensing. ISRO NRSC Technician B Recruitment Age Limit

Age limit for all post under NRSC Technician B is same check details-

• For Unreserved/ General/ EWS- 18 year to 35 year.
• For OBC 18 year to 38 year.
• For SC/ST- 18 year to 40 year.
• OBC candidate receive 3 year age relaxation, and SC/ST candidate receive 5 year age relaxation.
• Age relaxation for Ex Servicemen and PwBD candidates is given as per rules, please check details from official notification.

ISRO NRSC Recruitment 2023 Selection Process

The selection for all the post of Technician is based on written test and skill test.

Written Test Pattern – MCQ pattern based paper consist of total 80 question, 80 marks total time duration- 1.5 hours. 1 mark for each question and there will be 1/3rd negative marking.

Skill Test- Based on marks in the written test candidates will be short-listed for skill based test. Skill test will be of total 100 marks, which is qualifying in nature only.
The skill test assesses the practical knowledge of the candidates.

ISRO NRSC Technician B Vacancy Application Fees

• The application fee for UR/EWS/OBC male candidates is 100 rupees, whereas there is no application fee for SC/ST/Female candidates.
• However, all candidates initially pay 500 rupees, out of which 400 rupees are refunded to UR/EWS/OBC male candidates, and the full 500 rupees are refunded to all other candidates.

ISRO NRSC Technician B Salary

The Salary for Technician B is based on Level-3 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC [₹21,700 – ₹ 69,100], which is approximately 31,628 per month (Basic +DA) all other allowance such as HR/ TA will be given as per the rules of govt of India.

ISRO NRSC Technician B Place of Posting

The chosen candidates may work at NRSC – Earth Station in Shadnagar, Rangareddy District, Telangana State, NRSC in Balanagar, Hyderabad, or at different Regional Remote Sensing Centers such as Central (Nagpur), North (New Delhi), East (Kolkata), West (Jodhpur), and South (Bengaluru). They could also be assigned to various units or centers within the Indian Space Research Organisation/Department of Space. NRSC holds the authority to allocate postings anywhere in India based on the organization’s needs.
